Your adventure begins at the Chuncheon Summer Water Festival, where visitors can enjoy a variety of water attractions designed to beat the summer heat.
Spend the morning splashing through the main pool, floating along the lazy river, racing down the giant water slide, or challenging yourself on the inflatable bounce course. With plenty of space to relax and cool down, it's the perfect way to start your summer getaway.

1. Cancellation and Changes Requested by the Customer
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event date (by 23:59): 100% Full Refund.
Cancellations made 6 days prior to the event date up to the event day / No-show: Non-refundable (0%).
Note: This package is a planned product that includes pre-booking and vehicle chartering; therefore, changes or cancellations are not permitted starting 6 days before the event.
2. Cancellations by the Company (100% Full Refund)
Insufficient Participants: If the service cannot be operated due to a failure to meet the minimum participant requirement (15 people), we will notify you individually 1 day prior to the event and provide a 100% full refund.
Force Majeure: In cases where the event is fully canceled due to severe weather conditions (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain), a full refund will be provided. (Note: The festival will proceed as scheduled during light rain.)
3. Important Notes
This product is an E-ticket service utilized by presenting a voucher on the designated date.
Partial refunds are not available if the voucher has already been redeemed at any of the partnered venues.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the event or in the case of a no-show.
