KoreaExperience is hosting a special cultural event at All That Travel 2026, one of Korea’s major travel exhibitions, at COEX in Seoul.
This event is designed for international students, expats, foreign residents, and global communities in Korea who want to experience Korean culture in a more fun, relaxed, and interactive way.
Instead of just visiting a travel fair, you will be able to explore a lively booth program with Korean cultural activities, casual networking, photo-friendly experiences, hands-on sessions, and special event gifts.

1. Cancellation and Changes Requested by the Customer
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event date (by 23:59): 100% Full Refund.
Cancellations made 6 days prior to the event date up to the event day / No-show: Non-refundable (0%).
Note: This package is a planned product that includes pre-booking and vehicle chartering; therefore, changes or cancellations are not permitted starting 6 days before the event.
2. Cancellations by the Company (100% Full Refund)
Insufficient Participants: If the service cannot be operated due to a failure to meet the minimum participant requirement (15 people), we will notify you individually 1 day prior to the event and provide a 100% full refund.
Force Majeure: In cases where the event is fully canceled due to severe weather conditions (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain), a full refund will be provided. (Note: The festival will proceed as scheduled during light rain.)
3. Important Notes
This product is an E-ticket service utilized by presenting a voucher on the designated date.
Partial refunds are not available if the voucher has already been redeemed at any of the partnered venues.
